Application Areas:

•Outdoor,

•On surfaces such as concrete, stone, corrugated plate, metal,

•As coating material on terraced roofs, eaves trough,

•Water isolation (except contact with drinking water),

•Protecting polyurethane foam applications from UV radiation.

Advantages:

•Applied perfectly on older coatings and all types of surfaces.

•It is single component and solventborne elastic material. It is easy-to-apply. It can cover capillary cracks.

•It can resist to sunlight because it is produced of resins that are not affected by UV. It is stable to depolimerization.

•Provides seamless and jointless water isolation.

•Very resistant to wearing, diluted acids, bases, salt, chemicals, mould and weather conditions. Can keep initial properties for years.

•Has high solid content ratio.

•Resistant to plant roots.

•Since it is permanently elastic, no cracking can be observed later on the surfaces applied. After curing, it can be walked on.

•Applied on single or double component polyurethane materials for protection.

Preparation of the Surface:

•The application surface must be clear of materials which prevents bonding, such as dust, oil, paint, silicone, curing agents and detergents.

•Bitumen, tarry and acrylic surfaces must be cleaned to ensure that there are no wastes remained.

•The surface has to be primed with POLAN A Polyurethane Floor Primer.

Application Information:

•POLAN **0 is ready to use. Do not add anything.

•Single component POLAN **0 Polyurethane Coating is applied on the surface with a brush, roller or a spraying gun. At least two coats must be applied. Between the applications of the coats there must be a waiting period of *2 hours.

•Gloves should be worn during the application.

•Final curing takes place in 7 days.

Consumption:

**0 - **0 gr/m2 on each coat (Varies depending on the surface absorbency.) At least two coats are applied.

Caution:

•Contains solvent and is flammable.

•POLAN **0 is not suitable for isolating potable water tanks, swimming pools. For such surfaces, use POLAN **0.

•Do not apply on surfaces with negative water pressure.

•Avoid application in temperatures below *5°C and over **0°C.

•Do not add water to the mixture. Thinning is not recommended. However, it can be thinned with maximum *0% with its special thinner if it is very necessary, do not exceed this amount. Do not use other thinners.

•For optimum results, wait at least *4 hours at **5°C prior to the application.

•The surface must be protected from water, rain, dew, frost and snow after the application.

Packaging:

3 kg and *5 kg tin cans

Shelf Life:

Unopened packages can be stored in a dry environment away from direct sunlight between **5°C and **5°C for *2 months.

Health and Safety:

As with all chemical products, contact with food, skin, eyes and mouth should be avoided during usage and storing. In case of contact with skin, rinse immediately with water, if swallowed by accident, consult a doctor. Do not approach with open flame and do not smoke during the application. Work only at areas that are ventilated adequately. Do not let the package lid open. Keep out of reach of children.
